The calados are the old underground cellars that, together with wine presses and other wine infrastructures, were common in old town Logroño since the 16th century.
Built with a north-south orientation, the ‘calados’ maintain an optimal temperature for wine conservation.

Calado is anold cellar from the 16th century converted into an innovative space. Located in the center of Logroño is intended for holding social and business events, as well as wine tourism activities and guided tours.

The company has incorporated a second old winery called Calado 2 in the nearby Calle Marqués de San Nicolás.
